Policies
Refunds, Cancellations, & Attendance
While we understand the complicated scheduling demands of family life, as a small, teacher-owned business, we cannot offer any refunds for cancellations or unused workshop reservations for any reason. As a accommodation to families, our reservations are fully transferable until the start time of the first day of the workshop– please feel free to find another rising 6th grader to take (or purchase) your child’s spot from you and we will be happy to adjust the name on the reservation. You may also let us know if you would like for your vacated reservation to be donated to fund a scholarship. As we anticipate full enrollment, it is unlikely that we will be able to transfer reservations between workshop sessions.

Please plan to have your child attend all three days of the workshop. Partial attendance is strongly discouraged.
Scholarships
In the name of equity and community, we reserve spots in each workshop for students who qualify for Free & Reduced-Price Lunch. Email us to apply or nominate a student.
